GOVERNMENT BIDs AND RFQs
We welcome the opportunity to quote on U.S. Government RFQs. We are familiar with and experienced in U.S. Government Federal Acquisition Regulations procurements. Fax RFQ documents to (256-536 -2945, ATTN: Government Sales Desk).

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
We accept VISA, Mastercard American Express and the U.S. Government IMPAC card. Minimum order is $100.00. Payment is in U.S. dollars only. If TAX EXEMPT, provide Tactical Gear Command with your exempt number on your organization's letterhead. Alabama residents add 8% sales tax. Credit card purchases are reported on monthly credit card statements as Tactical Gear Command. Tactical Gear Command is a division of DRD Technologies Inc.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, Rx PRODUCTS and IV FLUIDS/PRODUCTS
Prescription drugs, Rx items and IV fluids and products can only be sold to registered and fully licensed customers. We must have a copy of the valid license or DEA registration on file before filling orders for these items.

LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL RESTRICTIONS
Some products may be subject to local, state and/or federal regulatory requirements regarding their purchase and use.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY OUR ORDER PROCESSING OFFICER PRIOR to return to Tactical Gear Command. Approved Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and must contain the TGC Return Authorization Number. If an item does not meet with your expectations or requirements, request a Return Authorization Number, and then after receiving approval from Tactical Gear Command, return it within 15 days of the day of receipt, and receive a replacement or refund. There may be a 25% Restocking Fee on some items. Special order items are not returnable. The item must be returned in the original box and packing material. Subsequently, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please note that we do not accept returns on excessively worn or customer-damaged items, and customized items cannot be returned. If you have questions, call us toll free at 1-800-838-5308. The following MEDICAL products have Return Restrictions or cannot be returned: (1) All Over-The-Counter Medication, Prescription Medication and IV products; (2) Diagnostic Test Kits; (3) Sterile products; (4) Expired Products; (5) Medical instruments that have been used; (6) Opened or defaced items; (7) Oxygen Tanks; (8) Medical packs or bags that have been used.

DOMESTIC U.S.A. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is Customer-paid. We provide standard shipping using UPS Ground. However, we can provide next business day shipping using FedEx or UPS at increased charges. Please note that heavy and oversized items require additional shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee express delivery times. For rush orders, customers may specify overnight or 2-day shipping: additional charges will apply. Larger packages may require more postage (depending on the weight of the package). UPS or FEDEX WILL NOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX. Please use a street address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Minimum order for international customers is $1000.00 (US), excluding U.S. Military personnel and other U.S. Government organizations and personnel. Depending on the destination, certain products may be subject to U.S. Government Export Control laws and regulations as well as Manufacturer- specific control requirements. Foreign export orders require payment in advance. We utilize various carriers in providing overseas shipping services. Accordingly, we determine the shipping carrier and cost after order receipt. After determining shipping charges, our Shipping Services Officer will contact you via email with the charges and expected delivery schedule. Your shipping charges will be calculated after your order is received and billed to your credit card. Please be aware that taxes, import tariffs and duties can run 25% or more of your order cost, and that international shipping charges can run 2 to 3 times as much or more than domestic shipping charges. Please allow 14-30 days for delivery. Expedited service of 3-5 days is available at an additional charge. Customer pays shipping and insurance charges. Charges will be billed to your credit card. International orders must be paid in full before shipment is made.
